Job Description
· Carry out staff orientation and exit Interview
· Take care of staff benefits such as leave entitlement, medical entitlement etc.
· Administrative duties including data input to Human Resource System, staff attendance checking, leave record, overtime claim, medical claim and preparing letter concerning personnel matters
· Offering of job to potential candidates
· Implementing and enforcing company policies, rules and regulations
· Identifying appropriate disciplinary action to be taken
· Update and keep proper record of employee personal file
· Keep proper inventory on staff uniforms
