Job Description

1. Diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software components to ensure the smooth running of production systems.
2. Performing tests and evaluations on new software and hardware.
3. Control and manage production IT Equipment spare part.
4. Prepare standard documentation such as monthly job planning and standard operation procedure.
5. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
