Polymer Link is established by industry specialists with strong technical roots in the polymer compounding and rotational molding industry. We have put together a team with wide experience in polymer manufacturing, compounding and project management. Our team also specializes in size reduction technology which is used to grind compounded resins into fine, custom plastic powders for the rotational molding and other specialty markets. These unique materials can offer a variety of high-performance attributes including good adhesion between the polymer matrix and fibre reinforcement, excellent toughness and superior hydrocarbon and flame resistance.

Position: Executive Assistant to COO
Location: Port Klang, Selangor
Job type: Full-Time

Provides administrative and/or business support to our organization. This may include accounting and financial support, drafting, facility and operations support, graphic design, marketing, information processing, information management, mail, office administration, transportation, and technology. Office administrator for Polymer Link Group of Companies. Successful candidate will report directly to the COO.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
•Provides general administrative support which could include coordinating meetings and appointments, planning events/meetings, ordering office supplies, maintaining files, and handling expense reporting.
•Arranges domestic and international travel plans as required.
•Communicates and interacts effectively with other managers in and out of the primary group.
•Assists in preparing presentation slides and business communications including proof-reading.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
•Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
•Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Teams, Audio & Visual technology, special event planning including travel and expense administration.
•Ability to learn new processes quickly and share knowledge with team.
•Clear and timely communication, flexibility, proactive logistics, and efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Prior experience in an administrative role within the industry.
•Ability to effectively collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.
•Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Power BI, and Workday.
•Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge regarding new systems and processes.
