Job Description
- Responsible for the HR functions including including Employment Pass (EP) and Professional Visit Pass (PVP) processing, training, recruitment, industrial relations, insurance, termination, SOCSO claim, recruitment and selection also other HR administration.
- Employment Pass (ESD) processing, preparing all necessary documentation, liaise with employee, local / oversea agent, government agencies & etc.
- Recruitment – sourcing, screening, interview & etc.
- Training – TNA, reporting, sourcing, arrangement & etc.
- Ensure HR policies & SOPs are communicated and effectively implemented.
- Keep and maintain an up-to-date HR database.
- Liaise with agent and government agencies as needed.
- To provide ad hoc support as and when required by Management.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate from accredited institutions in related field.
- At least 5 years and above Work Permit processing experience will be added advantage.
- Should be familiar with Work Permit process under ESD.
- Good written and verbal communication: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able commit to work with tight deadline.
