Finance Executive – SELAYANG
Job Responsibilities:
1) To handle full set of finance operations such as Account Receivables, Account Payable, Fixed Assets Management, Cash Management, General Ledger and Reporting
2) Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions including preparation of payments, monitor receipts, etc.
3) Assist to prepare SST/GST reporting and statutory reporting
4) Assist in identify credit risk related issues
5) Assist in preparing monthly cash flow forecast / sales forecast / annual budget
6) Organize & maintain financial records with proper filling
7) Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to deliver timely and informative reports as well as accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency
8) Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
a) Qualification : Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
b) Years and Level of Experience : at least 3 years working in relevant field with full set account experience
c) Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while still ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting
d) An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
e) Ability to work independently
f) Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Malaysia
g) Flexibility to travel
