Requirements:

  • Primary language: Mandarin (Due to admin system are fully written in Mandarin and also require to liaise with mostly Mandarin speaking Dealers & Clients)
  • Candidate must possess at least primary/Secondary School/SPM/ “O” Level, Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel)
  • Possess good working attitude & effective communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in SRI PETALING.
  • At least 1 years of experience in related fields will be an advantage.
  • Full-Time position available.
  • Able to work on Saturday.
  • With experience in MLM Company will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Dealers from Malaysia, Indonesia & Singapore.
  • Handle front-desk administrative duties and attend to all customers enquiries.
  • Provide support and assists customers in their transactions related matters.
  • Monitor and maintain stock replenishment with proper procedures and records.
  • Arrange and coordinate office tours for dealers and new customers.
  • Prepare daily sales report & weekly inventory report for Operation Manager.
  • Administrative works such as key in database and filing.
  • Coordinate with marketing team and customer for inquiry.
  • Execute overall operations & sales of the branches.
  • Provide support to activities organized by Activities & Publications Department.
  • Attend to any ad-hoc duties and task given by superiors.
  • With related experience in providing support on daily operation of company
