Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles related matters including company vehicle usage, vehicle service/repair arrangement.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration including office, equipment, and utilities maintenance and office supplies.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update internal database.
- Develop and maintain efficient filing system.
- Maintain and order office supplies and maintenance for office equipment and office supplies.
- Assist Human Resources function including staff activities preparation.
- Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Candidate must have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Candidate must possess ability to work multi-tasking and be self-discipline.
- Candidate must have good negotiation skills and time management skills.
- Candidate must be flexible and keen to learn.
- Candidate must be a detail-oriented person and must possess common sense.
