Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance of company vehicles related matters including company vehicle usage, vehicle service/repair arrangement.
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration including office, equipment, and utilities maintenance and office supplies.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, update internal database.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing system.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and maintenance for office equipment and office supplies.
  • Assist Human Resources function including staff activities preparation.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Candidate must have the ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
  • Candidate must possess ability to work multi-tasking and be self-discipline.
  • Candidate must have good negotiation skills and time management skills.
  • Candidate must be flexible and keen to learn.
  • Candidate must be a detail-oriented person and must possess common sense.
