Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant – KUALA LUMPUR

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
  • Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitor have.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
  • Performing administrative duties, reports, claims, etc.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative task including copying, e-mailing, filing etc.
  • Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
  • Any others ad-hoc task assign by superior
  • Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUST. 
  • Maintain a good filing system for smooth and prompt information retrieval

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or higher.
  • At least 1 years of relevant working experience in general office work
  • Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
  • Competency in with Microsoft application including Word & Excel.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedure.
