Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant – KUALA LUMPUR
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitor have.
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/ deliveries.
- Performing administrative duties, reports, claims, etc.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative task including copying, e-mailing, filing etc.
- Maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Any others ad-hoc task assign by superior
- Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding and strong human relation skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Self-proactive, initiative and motivated attitude are a MUST.
- Maintain a good filing system for smooth and prompt information retrieval
Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or higher.
- At least 1 years of relevant working experience in general office work
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Competency in with Microsoft application including Word & Excel.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedure.
