Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Chief Executive Officer and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and overall business operations strategy
- Plan, review, monitor, and provide direction for the entire construction operations in line with the business directions.
- Providing technical, managerial, and administrative support and direction to all functions/ departments.
- Overseeing the operations and employee productivity; ensuring team members thrive and organizational goals are achieved.
- Establish and review group SOPs to ensure that the operation adheres to the Group’s standards, compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- To ensure that overall Group business and operational activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
- Overseeing annual budgeting and audit; manage/mitigate the organizations’ legal risk and govern all compliance related issues; ensure budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the operational team
- To provide mentoring for management development and succession planning
Requirements:
- With at least 10 years’ experience in Senior Management position
- Having extensive experience within the construction industry, especially in earthwork & infrastructure
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent leadership quality
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
