Chief Operating Officer -KUALA LUMPUR

Job Responsibilities:

Reporting to Chief Executive Officer and responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and overall business operations strategy
Plan, review, monitor, and provide direction for the entire construction operations in line with the business directions.
Providing technical, managerial, and administrative support and direction to all functions/ departments.
Overseeing the operations and employee productivity; ensuring team members thrive and organizational goals are achieved.
Establish and review group SOPs to ensure that the operation adheres to the Group’s standards, compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
To ensure that overall Group business and operational activities are carried out professionally, ethically and in a timely manner.
Overseeing annual budgeting and audit; manage/mitigate the organizations’ legal risk and govern all compliance related issues; ensure budgets and financial allocations are aligned to organizational strategic priorities.
Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the operational team
To provide mentoring for management development and succession planning

Requirements:

With at least 10 years’ experience in Senior Management position
Having extensive experience within the construction industry, especially in earthwork & infrastructure
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent leadership quality
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
