Job Description

  • To perform day to day purchasing activities through purchase requisition and Purchase Order Management
  • Source for quotation from vendors
  • Advise Department on Purchasing procedures and ensure compliance
  • To purchase supplies, equipment and services for the nursing homes and resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies
  • Ensure that Purchases are correctly invoiced/completed and delivered in a timely manner
  • Ensure Good receipts Notes are properly updated to system
  • Matching of invoices to Purchase Order
  • To communicate and negotiates with vendors regarding purchases in order to obtain the best price
  • To track and monitor outstanding Purchase Order
  • Updating of Pricing in the system
  • Yearly Price Comparison for Supplies and Consumables Products
  • Prepare monthly Purchasing Report
  • Distribution of goods receive from vendor to the ground
  • Repacking material for the ground usage
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Department Head

Person Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in any business discipline
  • 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity
  • Good personality
  • Team player
  • Able to travel to our branch at Puchong, Selangor once a quarter
