Job Description
- To perform day to day purchasing activities through purchase requisition and Purchase Order Management
- Source for quotation from vendors
- Advise Department on Purchasing procedures and ensure compliance
- To purchase supplies, equipment and services for the nursing homes and resolve purchase and delivery discrepancies
- Ensure that Purchases are correctly invoiced/completed and delivered in a timely manner
- Ensure Good receipts Notes are properly updated to system
- Matching of invoices to Purchase Order
- To communicate and negotiates with vendors regarding purchases in order to obtain the best price
- To track and monitor outstanding Purchase Order
- Updating of Pricing in the system
- Yearly Price Comparison for Supplies and Consumables Products
- Prepare monthly Purchasing Report
- Distribution of goods receive from vendor to the ground
- Repacking material for the ground usage
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Department Head
Person Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any business discipline
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity
- Good personality
- Team player
- Able to travel to our branch at Puchong, Selangor once a quarter
