Job Description

  1. Perform daily health check and performance monitoring for data center servers, networks, system backups, storage and antivirus.
  2. Perform troubleshooting for hardware & software, component replacement, installation and configuration.
  3. Provide technical knowledge and experiences maintaining servers and networks services including Active directory, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, sftp/ftp, firewall, router, internet, gateway, switches, storage, CCTV, E-mail and user account, maintenance etc.
  4. Update and maintain IT hardware and software license inventory listing.
  5. Perform monthly servers, storage capacity check and preventive maintenance check according to expected service level and standard.
  6. Provide technical knowledge in various IT infrastructure including procedural documentation, flow chart drawing and relevent reports.
  7. Provide standby support for any hardware and software system breakdown and assist in network incident handling.
  8. Monitor and maintain all IT related equipment at DR site with timely hardware and software installing and stepups.
  9. Submit weekly report on daily task and assist in other duties when assigned from time to time.
  10. Saturday, overtime, standby on call on weekend/public holiday or whenever is required.
