Job Description


  • To handle basic administrative duties and support Sales and

Marketing team.

  • Maintain files and records to ensure all is updated and easily


  • Handling incoming calls, emails, faxes and courier service.
  • Compilation and Data entry of Sales report.
  • Process Sales Personnel Commission & Claims.
  • Any ad hoc task as when assigned.


  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma level in any field.
  • Preferably entry level specialized in administrative and management

or equivalent.

  • Able to converse and write in Bahasa Melayu and English. Able to

speak mandarin would be an advantage.

  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word and


  • Independent, Organized and able to multi-task.


  • 5-days work per week (Monday-Friday only)
  • 9am – 6pm working hours
  • Basic Salary
  • Daily Allowances
