The Customer Service – Call Center will be working in Subang Jaya, USJ 1 (walking distance from BRT station – South Quay / USJ 1) and is responsible to handle all Inbound and Outbound calls from customers and service agents in a professional and friendly manner. 

CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS – 6 MONTHS CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)

What a typical day looks like:

  • Responsible to handle inbound calls and assist with customers’ inquiries and feedback pertaining to the company products and services.
  • Provide accurate and understandable information to all customers and support partners.
  • Ensure customer issues and/or complaints are either addressed or escalated to the appropriate level.
  • Ensure all follow ups are done in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high level of customer satisfaction whilst maintain a professional manner.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum SPM or professional certificate in the related field.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • Working experience in the related field, preferably Customer Service field / call centre/telemarketing.
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 12:30 pm

DIGITAL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE – 1 YEAR CONTRACT (RENEWABLE)

What a typical day looks like:

  • Provide consultative customer support through inbound calls, outbound calls, email, social media and webchat/live chat.
  • Handle customer enquiries and feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Identify and escalate issues appropriately.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field of study.
  • Min ONE(1) year working experience in the related field.
  • Familiar with CRM system and digital applications.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am to 6:30 pm

CUSTOMER SERVICE – CUSTOM CLEARANCE (PERMANENT)

What a typical day looks like:

  • Make calls to our customers and explain to consignee or shipper.
  • Send emails to customers about shipment status and revert internally with the team for follow up.
  • Respond to Customer’s enquiry based on feedback from Customs Agent on a timely manner.
  • Provide administration support between Customer and Gateway team.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  •  At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, preferably in Digital Customer Service field / call centre will be an added advantage.
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written.
  • Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
  • Working days and hours: Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:30 pm and Saturday – 8:30 am to 12:30pm
