HR & Admin Executive (Based at USJ 1,Subang Jaya) – Subang Jaya

Job Description


·      Responsible for monthly payroll which include processing of statutory payments

·      Overall management of day to day attendance & tardiness

·      Verify and Administer medical claims, leave entitlements, allowance, overtime, commissions, claims etc as per company policy and guidelines

·      Attend to matters related to workplace behavior and counseling of employees. To document and ensure recordkeeping of employer actions as required by Labour Law

·      Review & Verify non-trade supplier invoices to ensure validity & accuracy of transactions against orders. If there is any discrepancy, to follow up with respective parties until closure

·      Conduct orientation program & support for logistic arrangements for new hires and exit clearance for resignees

·      Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information

·      Handle AR and AP transactions when necessary

·      Record, organize and file all supporting documents diligently for audit purposes

·      Assists in other work as and when assignedRequirements

·      Minimum Diploma and/or qualifications in related field of studies

·      Min. 2 years working experience in payroll processing is an added advantage

·      Work independently with Problem solving skills

·      Ability to multi-task and to supervise

·      IT savvy and Competency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook

·      Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu

·      Team Player, Responsible, Good Interpersonal & Organization Skills, Initiative and Integrity
