Job Descriptions

  • Customer service and admin experience.
  • Provide support to Sales team and Operation team on appointment setting and coordination work
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Comfortable with Excel and customer management systems
  • Good attention to detail and organized
  • Ability to learn and follow procedures
  • Good practical common sense
  • Conscientious, self-motivated and target oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
  • Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
  • Any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Cina, Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Preferably can start work immediately.
  • Any others duties when as assigned.
  • Possesses positive work attitude and able to perform multi-tasking.
  • Must have own transport.
