Job Description

  • Develop and maintain a close relationship with Shopee’s Sellers (ie: Tier 1 Brands)
  • Construct high level strategic business plans and identify new sources of growth
  • Educate Brands on methods to increase their traction in Shopee
  • Negotiate deals with sellers and curate SKUs (Stock-Keeping Unit) for various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Analyse sellers’ progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
  • Identify market gaps and manage pricing strategy, product assortment, stock availability of Brands in the category
  • Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns (eg : 9.9/ 11.11)
  • Work closely with internal teams (eg: marketing, merchandising) to optimise the visibility and credibility of Brands


  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any field, coupled with at least 3 to 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Team player with an aptitude for work and the drive to constantly outperform your KPIs (Key Performance Indicator)
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage to communicate with various stakeholders
