Job Responsibilities :

  • To prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis and also to ensure other related administration matters are in place.
  • To prepare service invoice
  • Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
  • To assist operations, documentation support, filling and records are in order.
  • To issue vendor purchase orders and invoices.
  • To monitor department attendance and OT claim submission.
  • To monitor customer lounge area and the facilities. 
  • To handle daily cashier monitoring
  • Custodian of Department Petty Cash

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any from an accredited University / College.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years of experience in admin after sales or service experience.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
  • Positive mindset with pleasant attitude to work.
