ADMIN EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT – MYR 2,000 – MYR 2,800
Job Responsibilities :
- To prepare reports on weekly and monthly basis and also to ensure other related administration matters are in place.
- To prepare service invoice
- Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
- To assist operations, documentation support, filling and records are in order.
- To issue vendor purchase orders and invoices.
- To monitor department attendance and OT claim submission.
- To monitor customer lounge area and the facilities.
- To handle daily cashier monitoring
- Custodian of Department Petty Cash
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any from an accredited University / College.
- Preferably with minimum 3 years of experience in admin after sales or service experience.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word).
- Positive mindset with pleasant attitude to work.
