Administration Assistant / Executive – Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

  • To prepare reports, ensure other related administration matters are in place.
  • Effective follow through to ensure all documents are up to date.
  • To assist operations, documentation support, filling and records are in order.
  • To assist PIC to prepare official letters and quotation to customer.
  • Prepare and provide documentation to internal team and key stakeholders
  • Prepare Operation and Manual
  • Assist in issuing of Purchase request, picking list for project team and branches.
  • Monitor project progress and address potential issues.
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time by superior or management
  • To arrange Safety / Technical Trainings (PIC, F.O.S. & Sub-contractor)
  • Updating CIDB and MITI information 

Job Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation and schedules
  • Solid organization and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power point
  • Team spirit
  • Knowledge of project management skills, example Sales Force or Microsoft Project (Add as advantage)
