Account cum HR Executive – MYR 3,000 – MYR 4,500

Job Description

  • Able to handle full set accounts and administrative tasks.
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions.
  • Present monthly financial analysis & report to Management.
  • Perform Tax Computation / Tax Estimation. 
  • Responsible for liaisons with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, custom officers, IRB & etc.
  • Take charge of all related companies accounts. 
  • Prepare of budget, process payments of invoices, staff expenses claims, staff reimbursement, and petty cash claims.
  • Prepare monthly creditor reconciliation and submit to management approval.
  • Responsible for year-end audit, prepare audit schedule and statutory financial statements. 
  • Liaise with auditors and tax agent on statutory accounts and tax submission. 
  • Help in payroll management, EPF, LHDN, Socso contribution, preparation and payment.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures, practices and programs are executed and in compliance to legitimate practices.
  • Assist in HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, compensation, staff leave management, payroll and OT calculation.
  • Assist to prepare HR letters and documentation.
  • Maintain proper filing and records systems. 
  • Discreet person and careful in handling private and confidential information and matters.
  • Must have sense of urgency in completion on task & produce expected result.
  • Any other duties to be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa and Mandarin.
  • Detail oriented, able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to take and execute instruction well.
  • Well organized, with excellent interpersonal & communication skill.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
