Job Description
– Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
– Conducting or preparing product research via internet
– Prepare reports and documentations
– Organising and planning meetings
– Organising travel and itineraries
– Manage correspondence (website, enquires, calls, e-mails, letters, packages and etc)
– Prepare quotation, DO, Invoices and perform other related duties as required
– Quotations and payments follow up
– Providing administrative support to staffs
– Various ad hoc requests
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
– Computer knowledge required (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc.)
– Accuracy and attention to detail
– Possess positive working mindset
– Willing to learn
– Punctual
– Responsible
