Procurement Executive – SELANGOR – MYR 2,500 – MYR 3,500
Job Description :
- Process Expenditure Request Form submitted by employees.
- Issue Purchase Orders via MYOB Accounting Systems.
- Keep track on delivery of goods.
- Maintain and review asset register.
- Monitor renewal of insurance of assets.
- Contribute to the development and formulation of purchasing procedures and practices as required.
- Manage office equipment and supplies, and ordering new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Manage preparation and filing of quotations.
- Assisting in the filing and indexing of expenditure request forms.
- Prepare and issue purchase order.
- Review and verify supplier quotations
- Maintaining and reviewing fixed asset registration and insurances.
- Assist with day-to-day administration work.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Supply Chain Management/Accounting or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge in MYOB Accounting Systems is an added advantages.
- Proficient in office computer software skills such as MS Word and Excel.
- Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Melayu
- Able to multi-task and a team player
- Mature, responsive and responsible with good working attitude.
- Able to travel to Kota Damansara
- Able to starts immediately will be an added advantage.
