Customer Service Executive

Job Description

Providing support to the Production, Account Executive and Business Development Manager to ensure that all activities assigned to the enforcement of production and business stream are carried out on schedule and within budget. They will embark in the negotiation and achieving of the annual budget set & ensures an effective production capacity planning.PRE-REQUISITE:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree, in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, MS World etc)
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, relevant computer applications and administrative procedures
  • Highly motivated and result driven, sensitive in new business opportunity.
  • with 1-2 years related working experience
  • Required language (s): English, Malay and Mandarin.
