Job Description:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including payroll administration, employee relations, recruitment, resignation, compensation & benefits and handling disciplinary matters for all relevant subsidiary companies.
  • Investigate disciplinary issues and to recommend appropriate disciplinary action to line manager including issuing Suspension/Show Cause Letter/Warning and other related disciplinary actions.
  • Manage staff hostel and other relevant welfare whenever required.
  • Formulate, implement and control of Human Resources policies and procedures for the company.


  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or any related disciplines with minimum five (5) years of working experiences in the related field.
  • Relevant experiences and exposures on the following human resource functions:
