Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Handling HR matter and administrative duties

• Record management

• Responsible in monitoring employee’s leave application and daily attendance performance.

• Process staff claim & cash purchases and ensures compliance with the company policies and SST requirements.

 • Maintenance of various database.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position 
  • Good working attitude, committed & independent
  • Able to work under pressures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): admin & HR
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
