Job Description

-Assist on account payable and account receivable and collections

-Responsible for journal entries, payment vouchers (SQL system)

-Monthly bank reconciliation

-Maintenance of fixed assets register and agreement documentation

-Ensure the completeness of documentation and proper filing

-Any ad-hoc task or assignment to be given with full assists

-With audit experience or knowledge of costing will be an added advantage

-Self-motivated, independent, proactive, good organization skill, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required, able to work under pressure and fast changing environment
