HR Management System

  • Manages attendance and leave management.
  • Ensure employees attendance and leave application is accurate and orderly for payroll purposes.
  • Provide advice of attendance and leave policy when required.
  • Provide accurate reporting for employee’s month end payroll.
  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical, and attendance records. Keeping track of employees’ attendance/absenteeism.

HR Administration

  • Responsible in executing administration policies including management and maintenance services on company’s vehicles, stationaries management, vending machine, drinking water filter system to ensure safe vehicles, hygienic food and drinking water are provided to the employees.

Foreign Workers’ Management

  • Establish and enforce rules, regulations, and procedures of foreign workers’ hostel facilities in hostel utilization, maintenance, security, 5S and other related areas.
  • Handle general affair of foreign workers including employment pass, visa application and government bodies.  

Employee Engagement

  • Be part of the HR Team in assisting, organizing, and coordinating employee engagement activities, sports & recreational activities, health & wellness events, company events etc.

Other HR Duties

  • Support employee on-boarding program and employees exit process.
  • Effectively support the execution of HR processes and implement HR policies.
  • Support HR Team when is required.

Competency required

In order to apply for this position, it will be added advantages if you possessed below requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience in Human Resource.
  • You are willing to learn and can work independently with minimum supervision.
  • You are a people person, empathetic, non-discriminatory and support giving individual.
  • You are good in analytical, negotiation, problem solving and communication skills.
  • You have a good command in English language.
  • Digitally driven and tech savvy to accomplish and improve your working environment.
  • You are good in organizing task on hand.
