Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Someone with great initiative, energetic, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to exude positive vibes at all times even under pressure.
  • Highly adaptable to change and able to keep up with the fast-paced environment.
  • Pass working experience being involved in either internal recruitment function or worked in external recruitment firms before.
  • Good with numbers and details.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist and handle overall process of local recruitment.
  • Answer departmental phones and distribute messages to the appropriate personnel when required.
  • Handle and record all manpower requisition by department.
  • Job posting in Jobstreet, MyfutureJob and other portals.
  • Prescreen the candidates for Hiring Manager to shortlist.
  • Arrange interview with the Hiring Manager.
  • Prepare necessary documents to be filed during interview day.
  • HRIS including OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning & generating accurate & timely reporting, regular monitoring including trouble shooting and enhancement where applicable.
  • Ensure proper documentation of payroll documents and safe keeping of employee personal files.
  • Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.
  • Prepare the confirmation letter, increment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters.
  • Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and correctly and timely manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive work space within the Department through 5S system.
  • Handle company time clock device software and door access system.
  • Work closely with Recruitment team for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
