•       Ensuring Hero products consistency

•       Providing Promotional offer strategy for GWP, Samples, Mini Sizes.

•       Defining Cross Selling Frame

•       Building Media Guidelines & Budget Estimates (Traditional & Digital)

•       Monitoring Pricing on Clavis

•       Lead consumer acquisition strategy and audience profiling to drive new & repeat buyers (growth)

•       Platform launch plan (margin, promo, digital packages, etc)

•       Define audience segments important to brand / product

Trends and analysis:

•       Providing Category trends and search trends by platform

•       Providing Brand health on-platform and off-platform

•       ecommerce KPIs for the brand (GMV MOM, conversion rate, bounce…)

•       Total Media and Competitor Analysis

•       Be on top of market, consumer and competitors’ best practices

•       Improving Rating & Reviews for Hero products by building insights on this data

•       Own and manage SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies

Managing online content

•       Capturing, selecting and approving user generated content to be shared/published by L’Oreal

•       In line with search gap analysis/ strategy, collating campaign & always-on site content for implementation by Digital teams

•       Managing Feed through Adaptation of videos format and adaptation of imagery

•       Beauty edit of CPD articles
