We are looking for a competitive Online Sales Executive to help online customers identify and purchase products they desire mainly through social media (WhatsApp, FB, Instagram).
The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
1. Diploma / Degree in Business Management / Marketing / Administration or equivalent;
2. At least 2 – 5 years of working experience in Sales field and fashion, e-commerce or retail industry;
3. Good command of English and Malay language (both verbal & written);
4. Ability to work independently;
5. Excellent personality with interpersonal skills;
6. Self-motivated, driven by targets and focus on customer service interactions and excellence;
7. Self-confidence and able to actively interact with all relevant parties;
8. Possess commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
1. Welcomes customers and potential customers by greeting them through social media, answering or referring enquiry;
2. Carry out duty as a front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner;
3. Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting call as required;
4. Handling enquiry at social media platform such as FB, Instagram and WhatsApp;
5. Data entry for online sales data;
6. Work closely with marketing team and give support from time to time;
7. Carry out duty as a front liner by helping customers efficiently and in a friendly manner;
8. Require a good knowledge of the products details & price;
9. Regular follow up with customer to lead sales;
10. Updating customer orders and data in database and for delivery process;
11. Work closely with marketing team to ensure every promotion / campaign will generate a good sale;
12. Assist with online and offline marketing campaign when needed;
13. Others additional / special task as per instructed by Sales Leader or Management;
14. Regular follow up with customer to lead sales.
