Manager Client Management Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage new business/projects, key client relationships and coordinate project portfolio including contract renewal, new Tele-sales income and client/customer AR dispute management. Manage administration and support services projects to ensure activities align with client development strategies/roadmap
  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Lead and establish accurate and meaningful DAT for contract renewal
  • Identify new VAS and Telesales opportunity to drive income stream
  • Lead and reduce IKA AR provision due to client/customer disputes
  • Lead, monitor, report and update overall assigned project portfolio progression, track resource utilization to ensure projects meet objectives/timelines
  • Facilitate assigned project requirements, negotiate needs and expectations, translate into functional outcomes
  • Plan and develop project plans, tasks and associated communication documentations as part of the project management activities
  • Monitor and manage concurrent projects ensuring across-the-broad delivery against defined deliverables
  • Ensure delivery of administration projects within time-lines, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations
  • Monitor and drive continuous improvements of the operational performance in terms of services, efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with DKSH IT, Client and Operations teams for service solutions

Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or an equivalent degree
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of clients’ industry/business/products
  • Demonstrate basic client management skills
  • Proven analytical and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in cross-country/-cultural interactions
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
