Job Description


  • Responsible for administrative duties include office facilities, maintenance, filing and documentations·      
  •  Handle stocks and logistic include shipment of goods, arrange goods for delivery and update stock list·       
  • Assist in customer service functions such as manage front office, attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries·      
  • Assist in HR related matters such as leave record·       
  • Liaise with external parties include dealers, suppliers, shipping agents and relevant authorities·       
  • Provide operational support to the team and any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned  


  • Diploma/Degree holder with minimum 2 years working experience in related field·       
  • Fresh graduates in Business Administration are encouraged to apply·       
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin·      
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)·       
  • Pleasant personality, excellent organizational and time skills·       
  • Proactive with strong analytical abilities and positive attitude
