Job Description

In Decathlon, before jumping right into the technical job needs,

We are looking at hiring a SPORTIVE PERSON with the skills needed for the job below.

Being a sportive person is a non-negotiable criteria need in this recruitment.

Minimum experience is at least 5 years in this area.

Payroll & Accounting

1, developing and implementing an efficient payroll process 

2, drafting, reviewing and improving payroll policies and guidelines

3, coaching, leading and supervising stores’ payroll team 

4, organizing HR related internal/external training to meet employees’ needs

5, adopting and maintaining an user friendly and effective payroll system

6, preparing and posting accounting entries

7, able to explain and analyse movements in the Profit and Loss for human costs

Benefit and Compensation

1, constructing and enforcing staff benefits frame 

2, conducting and coordinating Decathlon Staff Shareholding Programme

3, bench marking salary and welfare grid

4, assisting staff monthly and annual taxation 

5, monitoring and assisting expatriates’ benefits and well-being

Employee Relationship

1, filing all human resource related documents and contracts

2, building and enforcing employee relationship related policies and procedures, e.g.on board/transfer process

3, drafting HR related reports to staff, e.g.staff movement analysis report 

4, assisting finance team on internal and external audits

Recruitment

Strategy and guideline

Drive and direct all recruitment strategies based on store needs and requirements.

Implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment measures.

Direct and oversee the hiring of upper management and executives

Recommend ways to improve employer brand.

Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

Resource and platform

Conduct and request required tests needed for hire (proficiency, background, drug, etc.)

Discover and develop multi channels internal and external with the latest strategy.

Create and suggest new and effective interviewing procedures and techniques

Review the official recruitment website and suggest the best option for company branding.

Participate and organize job fairs and career events.

Team

Set clear goals and benchmarks for recruitment team

Train and supervise recruiters in correct company processes

Encourage open lines of communication between yourself and recruiting team

Conduct frequent performance reviews for recruiters.

Evaluation

Manage recruitment databases and adjust strategy according to the evaluation.

Document and present detailed progress reports of recruiting campaigns

Demonstrate to candidates a positive reflection or our brand and company

Adherence to fair employment laws and practices.
